How to Cook Grilled Salmon?

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced.
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme (or use fresh thyme if you have it)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.

Instructions:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dried thyme to make a glaze.
  • Brush both sides of each fillet with glaze. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay the salmon fillets on the grill, with the skin side facing down. Close the grill lid and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  • During the last few minutes of grilling, baste the fillets with more of the glaze.
  • Gently take the grilled salmon off the grill and place it on a serving platter.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over fillets and garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
